This Privacy Policy explains what information Arcis collects, why it is collected and how it is used.

Overview

Arcis is a Discord management dashboard that allows server administrators to configure Discord servers through a secure web interface.

Arcis only stores the information required to provide its functionality. We do not collect unnecessary personal information.

Information We Store

Discord Server ID Identify your server.
Server Name Display inside the dashboard.
Server Icon Display inside the dashboard.
Channel IDs Module configuration.
Role IDs Role assignment.
Discord Message IDs Synchronize published messages.
Module Settings Store your configuration.

Information We Do Not Store

  • Discord passwords
  • Discord private messages
  • Discord chat history
  • Payment information
  • Member conversations
  • Files uploaded by Discord users

Discord Authentication

Arcis uses Discord OAuth2 to authenticate users.

Authentication is handled directly by Discord. Arcis never has access to your Discord password.

Cookies

Arcis uses essential session cookies to keep you logged in while using the dashboard.

No advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies are used.

Data Retention

Arcis stores configuration data for as long as the bot remains installed in your Discord server.

If Arcis is removed from a server, related configuration data may be deleted as part of routine cleanup.

Policy Updates

This Privacy Policy may be updated when Arcis introduces new functionality or legal requirements change.
