Arcis isn't sending messages.
Check that the module is enabled, a channel has been selected and Arcis has permission to view and send messages in that channel.
Autoroles are not working.
Arcis highest role must be above the roles it needs to assign. Discord does not allow bots to assign roles higher than their own.
My Welcome Card doesn't appear.
Make sure Welcome Cards are enabled and Arcis has permission to attach files.
Can I use multiple roles?
Yes. The Welcome module supports assigning multiple roles when a member joins.
